Boat Overview
This 2018 Lagoon 400 S2 is a privately owned, cruising-ready catamaran that has never been chartered. Well equipped for liveaboard life and offshore adventures, it features 800W of solar charging a 560 Ah AGM battery bank, supported by a 3 kW generator, 2000W inverter and a 100 Ah charger to power onboard systems. Comfort is ensured with air conditioning in every cabin, and the onboard watermaker produces 26 US gallons per hour for true independence at anchor. Starlink internet provides reliable connectivity while cruising. The boat is located in Florida and offered for sale by owner.
Galley & Salon
The galley and salon have tons of storage both in the upper/lower cabinets and under the bench seating area. There are two refrigerators and a dedicated freezer. The galley includes an oven and hob, plus a microwave. The following appliances will be included with the sale: a coffee machine and a food processor.
Comfort & Layout
The spacious 4-cabin layout with two large, fully equipped bathrooms (heads), each with a full shower. The starboard hull has a forward cabin and an aft cabin, with ample storage, drawers and hanging lockers, and convenient access to a large head with shower and electric toilets.
The port hull is laid out the same way, with a forward cabin and an aft cabin, also offering generous storage throughout and access to the second large head with full shower.
All cabins have screen/privacy hatch shades, built-in hanging storage, 12v lighting, fans, USB outlets and electrical outlets.
Navigation, Sailing Electronics & Engines
All navigation and sailing electronics are B&G, including a Zeus2 12” multi-function chartplotter, V60 VHF, AIS, Broadband 4G radar, WIFI-1 wireless module, and a NAC-3 autopilot. Entertainment is handled by a Fusion Marine stereo (AM/FM, DVD/CD and Bluetooth).
On deck, the boat is equipped with 4 Harken 2-speed electric winches, and the sail plan includes a square-top mainsail and an extra-large genoa.
Both engines are Yanmar 45HP with Yanmar SD60 saildrives (~2000 hrs) and 3-blade folding propellers. All maintenance is up to date with the following being completed prior to sale: engine oil/filters, fuel filters, saildrive oil, exhaust mixing elbows, anti-siphon vents, impellers, V-belts and zincs.
Current Owners

We purchased the boat in early 2025 from the second owners. We have lived and worked aboard full-time as we sailed up and down the Caribbean and through the West Indies. Although not done with sailing, we are looking to transition back to land-life for now, which is the reason we are selling.
Hauled out in March 2026 to complete regular maintenance of engines, sail drives and new antifouling paint. The boat is for sale by owner. Please contact us to schedule a viewing.
