Photos may not reflect the current condition or current onboard equipment. The buyer should conduct their own inspection, survey, sea trial, and due diligence with qualified professionals.

Availability, price, and included equipment

Availability, price, and included equipment are subject to change prior to a fully executed written agreement and deposit. The vessel may be sold, withdrawn, or modified at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller and the site operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this site or reliance on its contents.

Governing law and venue

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to this website or the listing shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise in a signed written agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
